		<description>You know that this could be controlled by the user? Every time I get a new phone, I call into my voicemail and follow the prompts to disable this auto response because like you, I hate this effin prompt. So, I make sure that no one who calls me has to put up with this garbage. All they hear is my message and the beep and you can start talking.</description>

		<description>Cell providers have basically acknowledged that the stuff after the outgoing message is just a ploy to push voicemails into a second minute of usage for the person leaving.  Most (if not all) providers give you a way to turn it off on your personal voicemail box.</description>
